RULEZZZ

1. If you love Sam, that's all that's required to join our humble club

2. Members must add the club to their watch list.

3. If you'd like to submit anything, just note us and we'll post it for you!!!

4. Anything about Sam may be submitted (poetry, collages, fanfiction, art, humor, flash, etc.)

5. We do not allow favoriting works by other authors unless they've only submitted it specifically for the club and not in their gallery. If there are works you favorited that were originally posted in a member's original gallery, you must remove them and favorite them in the author's gallery!

Now here are the rules for the contests!!!

Contest #1

1. First, we need a Deviant ID. It can be mixed media with or without text, but we recquire that you put the club's name somewhere on the deviation. We recquire that you draw at least two pictures of Sam on it or one big picture of Sam, if you are going to include it with movie shots. The reason being that Deviantart will delete our ID if the deviation only consists of a movie shot of Sam because they've done it before to us!!! So original artwork must be part of the ID. You can also draw a backdrop of Hobbiton, a hobbit hole, and/or a garden as part of the background! Since this will be our ID, you will be required to submit this as a deviation later in our gallery, obviously.

Contest #2

2. You may submit a drawing, poem, song, pixel art, vector art, comic(s), or fanfiction concerning Sam in general. Other characters can be a part of the work so long as Sam is the main character. For this contest, you may submit up to 3 deviations. These can be deviations you already have in your gallery or ones that you want to just go ahead and draw for the contest. Also, you can submit these deviations into our gallery as well as submitting them for the contest. As you know, we need more submissions!!!

Send us a note with a link to your submission and we will review and submit it!!! We will hold both contests open until further notice and then after we close it, we will have a voting session with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd winners.

Note: I am also thinking of starting a 3rd contest where a subscription to DA will be provided by . The contest will be to see who can bring in the most amount of new members to the club. I'm thinking the minimum limit for each person to enter the contest will be five new members. What does everyone think of that idea? It would definitely get us more members and hopefully more submissions.

I will send a post reminding everyone a week before all of the contests close.

Extra Note

In general, any of the members of this club may submit artwork/poetry/stories to the club so long as they concern Sam, including screenshots or collages. You may do this at any time, contest or no. So please don't be afraid!! Just send us a note whenever you'd like to submit something and we will accept it!!!
